Our History
RAPID traces its origins back to 1978, when founder Neil Irvine established a small fabrication and boilermaking business servicing the quarry and mining industries in Western Australia.
The business specialised in the design, fabrication, and maintenance of crushing, screening, and conveying equipment. Guided by the philosophy of “Doing It Right”, RAPID built a reputation for reliability, hard work, and practical engineering solutions.
As demand grew, the business evolved into a crushing contractor and hire company focused on designing and building high-performance plant suited to Australian conditions.
Over the decades, RAPID became known for innovation and the ability to deliver specialised crushing solutions tailored to Client requirements. Today, the company operates modern workshop and support facilities in Perth and Mackay, supporting projects across Australia.
