Fixed Crushers

These plants are well established, usually fixed to concrete foundations for long term projects usually requiring high volume tonnages. As an example the client may require 1m – 2 m tonnes of ore crushed each year for a five year project.

Often the pant will be of “heavy- duty” construction, purpose built for the specific purpose and normally manufactured in Rapids workshop. Fixed crushing plants will have higher mobilisation and set up costs that will be justified improved reliability and reduced downtime and maintenance costs.
