Welcome to Rapid Crushing

Rapid Crushing & Screening Pty Ltd, a privately owned Western Australian company, is celebrating 31 years in the business of providing service and support to the civil contracting, mining and resource industries through the provision of crushing, screening and conveying equipment either on hire or contract tonnage rates.

The company specialises in the crushing and screening of all types of mineral ores including lump & fines, hematite iron ore, gold & nickel, special class sire preparation fill materials as well as concrete and road aggregartes (to AS & MRD specs), rail ballast, roadbase, blast stemming, rip rap and armour rock.

The company's client base continues to expand with crushing services provided on sites operated by Woodside, Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and Norilsk Nickel.

Rapid has created a wide range of high production mobile and fixed crushing, screening and conveying plants ranging from modular/mobile plants to 600 tph and fixed plants to 1,000 tph.

In July 2008, the company doubled the size of its administration offices and workshop facilities in Maddington WA which now houses a 30 tonne gantry crane.  This has helped facilitate the continual growth of our opperations and the increasing need for in-house facilities to design, fabricate, service and refurbish our plants and equipment.  This facility ensures that we can support the operations in a timely and efficient manner without relying on outsourced facilities and manpower.

Rapid Crushing also has it's own hard rock quarry in Geraldton and has been producing aggregates to Australian Standards for the Main Roads Department, shires and local contractors for more than 12 years.
